It is vital that you have adequate travel insurance for your adventure. Please purchase insurance at your earliest convenience after booking your trek. If injury or illness requires you to cancel your trip prior to departure your insurance will cover your cancellation costs.

Please consider your personal needs when selecting your policy and note that WorldNomads has an age limit of 66.

WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM?

Before departure If illness or injury requires you to cancel your trip before you leave, contact Icon Adventures as soon as possible. We will confirm your cancellation fees and other arrangements. You can then make a claim directly with your insurance company.

While on tour  If you become ill or injured while on our tour, we will contact the insurance company on your behalf and assist them with your immediate medical needs including evacuation if necessary. Once you are home and well you can conclude your claim directly with the insurance company.

ADDITIONAL PEACE OF MIND   Icon Adventures is covered by a $100,00,000 Public Liability Insurance policy. We operate under Travel Agent Licence no: 31920 and are covered by the Travel Agents Compensation Fund which protects our clients funds.
